Returns

Decorated Products:  Custom decorated products cannot be returned for any reason other than a clearly defined error on our part.  In such instances, ORS reserves the right to replace or refund the actual cost of the product.  We have product samples in the shop as well as supplier sizing charts for referencing.  If you are unsure about sizing - please let us know. 

Blank Products:  On the rare occasion we sell a blank product, returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition and may have a restocking fee charged by our suppliers.

Errors: ORS takes great pride in our craft and your joy and ease of working with us.  We provide a virtual proof for approval on all new work.  If quality is compromised in anyway, we will always do our best to retifiy the situation.  If an error occurs due to our oversight - we absolutly will replace the decorated products. However, when a customer approves apparel and decoration method - all responsibility lies with our customer.

Over/under runs: Orders over 500 pieces allow for .02% over/under run.

Returns for exchange, refund or store credit: must be made within 7 days for event apparel; and 24 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
